I am a proud Georgia State University and University of Georgia Graduate with my Bachelor's Degree and Master's Degree respectively. I have experience working with adults with various mental health related issues in both outpatient and inpatient settings. I am a passionate mental health advocate with a strong interest in educating individuals and removing mental health stigma with an emphasis on Black and Brown communities.
I believe my clients are the experts of their own lives. People call me when problems have gotten too big to handle alone. I snatch folks off the ledge and bring their lives back into balance. I enjoy empowering my clients by revealing their strengths, identifying patterns and behaviors that need to be adjusted to align with established goals, and by serving as a guide on a life changing healing journey.
